The cottage is also a popular destination for cyclists who like mountain trails. It is a paradise for skialpinists in winter. The cottage is 1075 m above sea level.
Problém:
Chata bola postavená v roku 1948. Nad chatou sa nachádza vodojem postavený z kameňa a betónu. Vodojem pozostáva z troch nádrží. Stav si vyžadoval kompletnú sanáciu. Požiadavka bola na hydroizoláciu na pitnú vodu.
Issue:
The cottage was built in 1948. Above the cottage is a watertank built of stone and concrete. The water tank consists of three tanks. The condition required complete remediation. The requirement was for waterproofing for drinking water.
Riešenie:
Po vyčistení podkladu boli poškodené plochy opravené s maltou KÖSTER Repair Mortar Plus. Na utesnenie priesakov tlakovej vody sa použil systém KÖSTER KD system. Na odvodnenie sa použili prvky Köster Drain Accesories. Celá plocha nádrží bola odizolovaná s fóliou KÖSTER TPO Aqua 1,5. Pod fóliu sa aplikovala geotextília 350 g/m2. Fólia bola mechanicky uchytená lištou KÖSTER Wall conection profile.
Solution:
After cleaning the substrate, the surfaces repaired with KÖSTER Repair Mortar Plus were damaged. The KÖSTER KD system was used to seal the pressure water leaks. The Köster Drain Accesories were used to drain. The entire tank area was insulated with KÖSTER TPO Aqua 1.5. A 350 g / m 2 geotextile was applied under the foil. The foil was mechanically fixed by the KÖSTER Wall conection profile.
